Unfortunately Jack did not send out this wig, he kept promising to finish it and after 4 months I have still not received it and am still awaiting my refund. Jack has not refunded it either saying that Ali Express will refund it. In the past Jack gave great service but I would not use him again after spending so much money and him not even refunding for a product he has not produced.
