amazing all my remote was copied by this small device

The profiles for different devices are not working as expected. I can turn on the air conditioning but nothing else it messes up all settings. It works on the TV but not on the set-top box. The learning function is not working at all. The seller does not reply to my questions. Overall it is almost useless.
