The battery is completely dead while it returns ( ful 13.8 v ) after 12 hours with pulse charging .

It isn’t the type of charger you can just leave connected. It just says full when the battery is full and doesn’t appear to continue monitoring the battery level. I was after a charger that I can just leave connected for a year at a time. The fan is really noisy and starts and stops frequently
