The package arrive with the wrong item (I ordered a battery charger and received a small hand held fan). The store initially suggested that this was the fault of the delivery service, which is possible, but then they did nothing to follow that up. They then stopped replying to my messages asking for a path forward. In the end, I paid for a $40 charger, and received a $5 fan
