There were partially detached chips on the inside of the extension ring. The mechanism is dubiously rattling. The stacking screws were loose. Well you have to deal with it. The chips must be cut off the inside of the extension ring. Tighten the screws and be careful with the extension ring as it is very slender. Banjonetin springs are a little suspicious and rough.
