Shipping was fast. But the item is damaged. The ringlamp there are 2 cracked. 2 of the 3 holes for the cellphone holders is inside the ringlamp. The ringlamp is too noisy from the 2 metals.The remote control. It works and after it dnt work anymore. I contact the seller to pack good coz I dnt want to have problem like this. But it happens not. The ringlamp was not protected with the babble plastic. Instead it was inside the thin plastic. And the together both lights and tripod is inside the Bag and box. If it was packed well I dnt have this problem. I contact the seller about this problem. But I never heard any reply. It's so sad
The ringlamp is broken. I contact the seller. But no reply. At first before shipping the item the seller answer all my questions. Now because there is problem he dnt answer me anymore. He dnt want to help or resolve this problem
