Package could be a bit better. At least some styrofoam. But item was ok. Shipping average, not long. Way lights illuminates looks a bit weird. Not a problem. Antennas are not detachable - this is a bit upsetting for this price. No remote - WHYYYYY??? Sound. Sound is amazing. Comparing to similar device built in Edifier S350DB for 300+$, this one is actually better, so i edifier went back to the shop. For good non hi-fi speakers this thing is more than enough.
Support is good, explained some confusing moments i did not understood myself. And it was Saturday morning.
