one piece missing

terrible quality, do not buy. product looks nice but functions horribly, makes the shifter feel worse. #1 problem is the poor design. the bottom plate is flat, but the stock logitech plate is curved (shown in the first picture) this means in order for it to fit, you need to tighten the hardware down to flex and bend the plate for it to fit. as soon as i even tried to make it fit, a plastic peg snapped off (2nd picture), and massive cracks appeared in multiple spots (3rd/4th picture), there are massive gaps between parts, and the stress from parts not fitting has broken screws. 100% do not order, you will break your shifter if you try to use this.

baseplate, after less than one day of regular use, has completely failed. dispute filed, but the vender doesnt respond. product is completely defective, DO NOT BUY
