I have opened a claim with this vendor and I will not close it until I don't have a positive answer. The device is defective, it doesn't work. I sent to the vendor several videos to proove it, but he doesn't want to cooperate. He doesn't want to accept that his device doesn't charge, the light is always green, nothing happens when we put the battery on it. Please have a look at this dispute and treat the matter because I don't know how to do, I can't accept a defective product. I wait your answer to this claim.
