The interface did not come with any operating or installation instructions. It does not work on my radio unit and after contacting the seller I barely got any information or support. After 2 weeks I still didn't solve the problem and was not able to get any positive progress or get my money back. It's a total NoGo in the 21st century to sale something online without instructions or user manual and withoutanytechnicalsupport.
