Never received the item i paid for and the seller has basically said to take it up with the courier and they say take it up with seller. Going around in circles and getting no where whatsoever. I won’t be spending another sent on AliExpress. The format of the way they write my address is wrong to and it can’t be rectified apparently so the whole experience was a nightmare
I’m not able to show documentation proving that I didn’t receive it as I’m still waiting for Australia Post to get back to me on the matter. Once I receive the paperwork saying that it was not delivered to my address I will forward it through and hopefully then I can get a refund.
