The part that rests on the steering is easily bendable by pulling it up with just one hand in just 5 seconds. This makes a big gap for the other part resting on the dashboard to be easily lifted up off the dashboard and be taken down from there, leaving the steering free to rotate! The whole lock becomes useless against theft protection.
