The lens is spherical and only suitable for very close and only when you close one eye. Therefore not suitable for most use and not as a table magnifier. Why this option is included is therefore a big question mark. Too bad because for the rest it is well made and neat with a cleaning cloth and a charging cable if you use rechargeable batteries.
