This handlebar has nothing to do with Speedual or Zero 10X. It is just regular folding bike handlebar. It means that if You mount it facing forward it will lower the handlebar almost 10cm (!) and if You mount is facing upwards it will lower handlebar only slightly but scooter geometry will be a disaster. End of the handlebar will be falling down so it is very awkward feeling. And this handlebar if few cm shorter than original so scooter will be less stable.
