The preinstalled IGo app did not function properly. The map disappears when navigating to destination, making it difficult to use. Fortunately Google maps with offline maps works well. Also Here navigation app from Play Store seems to work well too. I tried several navi apps, but many only offer offline maps for a fee. Google Maps and Here do not charge and seem to work well offline. I really wanted IGo to work because I like the user interface and screen layout the best. Too bad the map disappears when in use. I don’t know why. Screen on unit is not very bright, but still usable in sunlight. Overall, pretty good gps with lots of options to try other navigation apps. Will use on my motorcycle. Let’s see how long it lasts.
Early days but all seems good. Still learning all the features. Very happy with item.
