The order was shipped out, rejected and after a respons from the seller we asked it to send the item again. After a long period of waiting the shipping arrived. However the boat is not responding to his remote controller. It is not working at all. How to proceed? can I get my money back or a product that works properly.? regards Jan Gouwens
