Lens hood arrived from China in Europe (Netherlands) in 1 month, which is average shipping speed. It fitted well on the lens, both in normal way and reverse (transport mode). I cannot say anything yet about durability, but I guess it must be good, because lens hood was sent without real protection against crushing. It was packed in thin plastic bag and that was put into big enevelop with bubble plastic. Packaging should only give protection against scratching. Lens hood did not crack during transportation (in the past I have received cracked lens hoods, packed in similar way). So I hope this means, that this lens hood has enough strength to function for long time.
