I bought two products from this seller, including this one. However, in the process of packing, the Spanish buyer's products, not mine, were wrongly packaged and misdelivered. The dispute is now settled. However, the dispute process was very unpleasant and uncomfortable and took a long time. They predicted me as a problem buyer me as a trouble buyer and refused to accept a refund and responsibility for the misdelivery. Remember! At Ali Shopping Mall, buyers should take the responsibility not only for the wrong delivery but also for proving it. What a really nice shopping mall, isn't it? To be honest, for this reason, I never bought expensive items at this shopping mall. and I won't. I believe the seller sent me a package. However, the seller's aggressive action to resolve the misdelivery was very poor. The seller was no different from the bystander.It was a great pity.
