ORDERS NEVER ARRIVED! Placed my orders last August,I paid extra for 17-28 days shipping. I waited months&months -almost 4 MONTHS!! I spoke to the seller but she kept saying "be patient". Even told me to just buy new ones and they will ship it express. LOL. Difficult part is? You CAN'T do anything nor even get a refund til you can file a dispute after 90 days or so. And tricky part is..You'll see the dispute date in like 20 days and when its close to 20 days it will say 30 days, and so on until almost 100 days. Seller just kept saying "Be patient". They say, it could be from Covid and understandable but my orders from DIFFERENT shops arrived on time or at least a week delay but its ok. It was so difficult to get a refund & the seller wouldn't even cooperate with AE.I got my refund after almost 4 months but I wouldn't recommend this shop just because they couldn't really help you when things go wrong -Not unless if you just want to keep hearing the word, "Be patient" for 4 months. LOL.
