1. Ordered on 3rd Feb 2020, received on 14th Feb 2020. After that it is all downhill on product performance & incompetent support. 2. After testing, informed 5Y0A product defective with photos/videos. Their response very slow to all messages and require multiple times to resend the same photos/videos. 3. Not wanting to waste time, I open dispute. Ali-express immediately agreed product is defective. Offered 2 options - 1. partial refund which I chose & option 2 to return(which was activated instead by seller). Not sure how did this happened and still no answer from ali-express. 4. Nevertheless due to covid-19, international shipping from my country suspended but 5Y0A don't care and insist to return the defective product. 5. As such, due to 5Y0A bad support, I cannot return this defective 5Y0A. I guess their warranty would also have no value if they can ignore the above issue. 6. I do not recommend buying from 5Y0A until they improve on their competency and customer support.
