Hi, I received the product today and even when it looks in great condition (the building is superb) I can't get it to work on my DAC. Did I ordered the wrong cable? My equipment is: - Fiio X3 II. Using Firmware 2.0. Output Selected: Coaxial - DAC SMSL SU-8. Connected to coaxial input and properly selected on the device interface Once again, everything looks fine, connections are correct, the player does react when I unplug the cable (it pauses) but on my DAC it says "No Signal" all the time. Also, I've seen pictures of the original Fiio L21 cable and, unlike yours, that one has a three pins connector, why is that? I'm really hoping for some advice or direction, I don't think it's a significant waste of money but the feeling of purshasing a [potentially] defective or wrong product is frustrating.
