It's good enough on its own, but it's really great in combination with other gags. I put this in first, then use the detachable strap from another gag to push in the dildo deeper, then place the version of this gag without a dildo on top. With 2 layers over my nose, it becomes difficult to breathe, and I love the smell, and the way the dildo feels in my mouth. And I love the way my head looks when I look in the mirror. I only wish the dildo was bigger, it's just 3cm wide and 5cm long, it could easily be 4cm wide and a bit longer and still be used for long periods of time.
