Pickup roller did not want to pickup paper. Took the rubber off and turned it around - works now. Separation pad was a bit sticky but did not cause any problems. The separation pad fixed my problems with multiple papers being loaded. Tested around 100 pages - no problem. Recommend even with pickup roller problem.
