The shipment got there very fast and the product arrived in good condition that’s no problem but charging the phone very slow I thought it would’ve been faster charging

Sadly this product does not work always.. sometimes it just does not open.. the blue led on the side lights all the time but the sensors on the front and back are not responding.. also the seller does not want to help me out in this situation, so i have to review this product this bad. Else the product really looks cool but as long as it does not work correctly, please do not buy it!
