i ordered this four months ago, didn't receive anything. and seller report that i received it!!!!

Dont buy from this seller!!! I indicated to the seller on 5 August that the product is not OK, it is leaking. I have asked how I can return it so that I can get the money back. I then asked for his email address so that I can send the video. this was sent and i got no reply, now the seller says it's too late to return the 70 pieces broken goods
