Despite what appeared to be excellent packaging, the item arrived containing dents to the front panel and a faulty remote. Contact with the seller proved pointless, as they only wanted to send a free gift (bribe) and not resolve the issue at hand. As for the item itself, it functions reasonably well however the volume level is somewhat inadequate and the lacking remote is a huge negative. Given that the seller was not willing to replace/repair the item, we now have no alternative but to lodge a dispute direct with Ali Express. Delivery took approximately 13 days which was phenomenal.
