The product description shows a screen capture of the interface from software that can be used to control the DC Electronic load. This software is not included in the package that I have received. The front page of the user manual in one of the photos in the description also shows a screen capture of the software interface. I have left a message for the seller stating that the software was not included in my package but the seller has not replied yet.
Seller has contacted me and asked that I supply them with an email address so that they can email me the software. Sent them my gmail address but they apparently can't send to gmail addresses from China. Sent them another email address to try.
