The quality of the hair is beyond good. Seller responded in a fairly good time and refunded me without discussion. The problem was with the color, it didn't match my hair or rather the picture in the description, i wanted blonde with white ends, the color was closer to gray, the piece would look amazing on someone with the same shade of this color. But for me since it is a hair product, matching the hair color is essential. The shipment was fast and the product came with is 2 weeks to Greece .
