Fits accurate to a US size 12 to 16 (a little stretchy). I wear about a 12 but have a large chest (40"), so the top of the waistband sits firmly at the middle of my chest, but other than that it's very flattering and looks great cinched in with a belt. Thin, flowy, velvety fabric in a nice rich burgundy, I love it! I'm 5'10" and the dress falls to just above my ankles.
