I got excellent service. They are very fast and responsive to all questions. My order was processed, painted, and mailed out in just days. The paint job was excellent. I paid an extra fee to get the sleeping head painted as well. It didn't match the first as well as I would like, but still beautifully painted, and I would never be displaying then both at the same time, so it's not really a problem that they don't match. The package arrived in just under a month, well wrapped and in excellent condition. I would recommend this seller to anyone.
