It's beautiful. It's also very very thin. It would be good to carry just a few sticks with you. The part that detaches only holds the sticks while burning with bamboo core. The hole is much too small for cylinder style incense made of one material. If they were large enough to hold a bundle of incense I would probably buy one of each.
