the material was divided in 3 packages. I received all off them. cpu cames display in chines, I need suport to change it to english.

i did not receive email on the PDF instruction and programming software. I cannot use the product without the instruction and software.
There are missing items when I try to assemble the parts on page 42 (photo 1 attached) for the Track Train Car (photo 3 attached). The missing part is no. 1 in photo 2. Can the seller send me the missing part?
