Nice wood veneer to do all sorts of projects with. The backside is lined with a thin off-white paper. It's sturdy enough to hold everything together. I used mine to make a lamp shade, looks awesome. Shipping in padded envelope and wrapped in cling wrap. No damages. Next time however I would choose one without knots because at some small points, it shines through to the white paper backing, looks a bit fragile.
