First order was okay. I made second order - 4 lamps. To Russia. It’s been 67 already and I can get no lamps, no money back. The seller is not answering the letters. First it answered “wait for a little bit more”, but another 3 weeks passed after term of the delivery and they never came. It is said the lamps are stopped at the customs it means they will not get through unless somebody does something. Please stop ignoring my letters. I want my money back. Is Ali not supposed to help somehow?
