FedEx ripped me off with 145.90 "custom duties" which I find ridiculous for the piece of aluminum from China to Malaysia. I buy goods from China to Malaysia every single day, and I was never cheated this way. This will be my final transaction with Federal Express ever in my entire life. I strongly recommend everyone to stop using FedEx because they will steal your money. The amount they charged me is completely inadequate to the value and nature of the goods. I feel CHEATED AND DISAPPOINTED. If I knew I would be cheated by Federal Express, I would buy it elsewhere and save a lot of money. I never pay any custom duties for importing aluminium from China to Malaysia. This is simply unacceptable. Product well packed, arrived in perfect condition, 1 out of 4 bolts is missing. I'm not sure if it is a special bolt (it is hollow) or I can replace it with any matching diameter and length bolt).
