Seller asked to charge another value to deliver the product

I bought it from the Germany warehouse for an extra 6€, still the seller sent it from China without informing me. When asked about it, the seller didn't apologize or offer to refund the difference, but only told me not to worry, that they sent it with "fast shipping". I ordered on the 20 Mai and it was delivered on the 26 June... so fast shipping it isn't! So I paid an extra to be delivered in a few days from a German warehouse (to Germany), but received it after 36 days, and the only thing the seller was willing to do was a "big discount" on my next order!
