I received the bike after 6 work days and the package was complete, with no damage. The installation process was not difficult, they included an instruction manual, but some of the pictures in it were not clear, but I managed. The motor is very powerfull and riding comfort is very good at high speeds. The gears need tuning, but other then that everything works. After a week of use, fine tuning and setting up the computer the ebike rides/drives great. I'm a happy customer!

Nice bike, bought 2. But wanted to return one (still in box) as it is too big for my wife. However seller does not accept returns, although he is obliged by European low. They operate from China and warehouse in Poland is just a distribution centre not operated by them.
