This a fine example of an a**hole of a seller; he will try to fool you, then blackmail you that you will lose warranty if you open a dispute, and then block your messages all together. There should be a way to report these sellers and put them out for good. Machine is also crap, do not buy it, ESPECIALLY not from this seller. Power supply was losing contact, z-probe not working, which means new controller board is required. Instructions for assembly do not correspond to the product.
