the description us 100% accurate. The buid in charge IC charges the batteries up tp 4.12V even when fully drained. The usb deliverers a good 5.24V no load, even when a 10W load is attached the output voltage drops to 5.1. All in al the Product is performing above expectations the delivery was very fast & theprodict wasn't damaged.
