The Norwegian VOEC tax number was not on the shipping label, even when I instructed the seller to add it. Therefore the low satisfaction rating.

1) Only 8 out of 10 modules received 2) 2 modules had severely bent pins: unsure if can be used at all 3) 1 module haad dented RF shield: unsure if can be used safely at all 4) Some did not even show up as devices in Windows device manager (including points 2 & 3) 5) Those that did, could not receive new programming: connection was not possible
