The instructions regarding the use or not of the bridge capacitor are ambiguous. The instructions say to use the live and associated neutral to L1, but in my 2 gang switch if I use my external transformer drive pack on L3, I don’t need the capacitor, it works ok without. But not if I use it on the L1 outlet circuit. I’ll be testing the second gang circuit soon which will connect to L1 as the building work continues.
