Hi! One of the ESmart3 is not working! As you can see at the picture, the light is on and pv is producing 199 W but only as a bypass with a additional small charge controller.... At the Esmart ist 0 W!!! Everything is connected correctly, because the device was working for 2 or 3 hours.... at the next day it did not start again..... so I added a bypass Charger and this Device is working with the same setup.... What should I do? send it back, than I need the address? or you send me a new device.... Best regards, Harry

Arrived here via Singapore in reasonable time. Packed well, looks good. Had to pay taxes and fees, but still OK.
