I received the item quickly, but Device will not pair with IOS on IPhone/IPad,,I tried with IPhone 6s, IPhone 11 Pro Max and IPad, Bluetooth find “FishRada” but on all All devices I get error message “FishRada” not supported.

Hello, I tried to pear the with an Iphone 11 max and it does not work. When I scan with Bluetooth it is often not found or when the phone find the device I get a error massage that the device is not supported. Do you have any solution? Because if it will not work with my phone it is of no use to me. After some investigation I found an app that could connect with the device, but the device is not working properly, I got reading for the depth of 30m but in reality it only was 10cm.
