It has stopped working, the board beeps 5 times

Maximum multiplier without turbo - x20 (x22 with turbo). On my motherboard (GIGABYTE z170-gaming k3) I can't set more than 170MHz BCLK (i don't know why - it simply hangs in bootloop), but with 170MHz bclk i got stable 3.4GHz (and 3.7 in turbo - it still works). AVX works, all energy enhancements works except intel speedStep.
