The item is not working well. It doesn't hold the charge, after 2 days leaving it unused, it is fully discharged and therefore cannot be used again unless I charge it up again! And then it goes flat again in a way or two! Bad quality! Useless! DON'T BUY!!!
I tried going through the Ali app to get a refund, it won't even let me summit my request/complaint. This is bordering a fraud where it says there's buyer's protection. This is just bullsh*t!!! I WILL AVOID BUYING ELECTRONICS FROM ALI IN THE FUTURE.
