USB 3.0 made quite well. Fixing holes on sides do not has threads so it might be hard for buyer to add this device to PC. Positive features: it has 2x usb 3.0 ports (on left and right side) depending PC stands on left side of monitor or right side; it is possible to add 1x HDD / 1x SSD / 2x SSD (as raid or just bunch of disks). *Additional device would be needed for 3rd option*. Overall it is made with mind and care.
