It looks that seller lied me for the second time and didnt sent the packages. He sets good prices and promotions but it's not true as he don't send items.

I am very disappointed by this. The seller did not ship the item because they say they have no stock. But if you check the item (same seller: "superior RC parts") it shows 30 pieces available. Were they trying to scam me? The order was automatically closed by Aliexpress system. I do not trust this seller anymore, so I will not buy from him/her anymore. I buy often from Aliexpress and this is the very first case; there are good serious sellers and bad sellers. This is bad seller.
