Seller did not ship and then gave lousy excuse. I only realised that the item had not shipped after getting in touch with vendor more than one month after the order. Extremely poor customer service. Will avoid making business with vendor in the future if I can.

its working, although not as fast as i expected to be for 70×70 vaacum bag took up to 4-5 minutes compress vaacumed, at least it worked. also delivery replacement was handled quickly. reccomended seller.
