item was broken in delivery, flipsky will not send replacement

If you like the risk to buy a broken Controller than go for it. If the item is broken, send it right back!!!!! do NOT try to repair anything by your own, because you don't wana ship this thing around the world and loose 2 more months!! The controller it self is fantastic for that price ;)
