Great quality! To put them on is as hard as give a birth. Out of the box it is smaller then the wheel. Heated it in a microwave oven for 4 minutes on 50% power. Lubricated one side of a wheel with some soap. Tire it up with a strip to one side of the wheel and stetched it - to other side with screwdrivers.
